Yes, the way you see the picture, is the way you get it. We can do a custom frame for you but it will be additional cost. There may be one or two paintings that do not have a frame shown on it. Just choose a standard (not fancy, they are $150 more) frame from among the rest of the prints and mention the model number on the check out notes.

Most orders will ship 3 to 4 business days after order is received. We need time to frame the picture, if the frame is not in stock we need to order it. Also depending on the amount of orders, we may at times have to order more copyrighted prints and this will add to production time.

Yes we do custom framing of pictures. We have a variety of frames in stock. We can also frame your TV(LCD or Plasma). You put the TV in with the correct installation and we can prepare a frame for it. Also, we do custom mirrors with a large assortment of frames. You email us the size of mirror you wish and type of glass (bevelled or 5 mil standard) Now we also do custom shadow framing for Jerseys, golf Clubs etc. We use a special frame for those with a glass cover. Most of the paintings the measurement is the picture size. Some multi picture items, where there is 3 pictures across etc, we have estimated the measurements, because we get the as i.e.12 x 12 in, but if you place 3 pictures across it is 36 x 12. Some have spacing in between the pictures. Also many have matting and then the frame. To be safe i would plan for extra space for the framing and matting if necessary.

This is due in fact to us having some control on the tax here, we eat the cost of the tax and forward it to the proper agencies. For USA we can not do this since they may tax the item when the product crosses border in to USA. We have no control on that. But you will be happy to know you will still come out even since the USD Dollar is highr than CAD so you get savings there.

In Canada about 3 to 4 business days. In the US in will take up to 10 days. Please add in the production time of 3 to 4 business days. All items are sent out by FexEx Ground, items are packaged well and insured.

You do. If there is any fees or customs duties they are your responsibility. Also USA taxes are not included, we generaly include taxes in our price, but they are not added in, we just eat the cost. We do not have any control how much tax US will chatge you when items crossing the border. Most of the items ship under the Customs act of under $200 value and you will avoide most of the fees.

Yes these are prints from from original paintings done by a Canadian company that has the Copyrights to the originals. I have looked up a few of the prints my self and compared them to other web stores online and theirs are usualy hundreds of dollars more than ours. Plus our pictures include the frame. We have used designers to match the frame to the picture for best effect. I actualy own some my self and they look great. It is the only Canadaian company that does them. We do carry hand done reproductions, but they can get very expensive. If you have a paining in mind that you would like to have a hand painted reproduction email us and we will see if it is available.

Keep in mind that most deliveries go to residential and they cost more. Also packaging etc is included in the cost. We need to insure the item against shipping damage and this add's to the cost. Also this site does not allow for weight by cities, so we have had to put a flat rate by weight for Canada & USA.
